Kim Welch-Barnard, DPT
Physical Therapist, Clinic Director
Kim Barnard, DPT, received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia. Kim’s approach to physical therapy is evidence-based and patient centered. Working one-on-one with her patients to assist them in achieving functional goals, her treatment techniques may include: soft tissue and joint mobilization, stretching, modalities, therapeutic exercise and home exercise program.

Kim’s expertise includes, but is not limited to: Chronic pain, Orthopedic conditions & injuries, Neurological conditions, Work-related injuries, Senior health, Sports-related injuries.

William Lusk, PTA, L.A.c.
Physical Therapist Assistant, Acupuncturist
Bill graduated from the University of California at San Diego (UCSD). He then attended Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (PCOM) where he apprenticed with renowned acupuncturist Matt Callison, specializing in orthopedic and sports-related injuries. Also while at PCOM, Bill strengthened his Traditional Chinese medical knowledge by studying Chinese medical classics with Jian Min Fan. Bill completed an apprenticeship program at Chengdu University Hospital in Chengdu, China. He then furthered his orthopedic expertise by completing a two-year physical therapist assistant program.

Bill’s expertise includes, but is not limited to:

  • Shoulder, knee and extremity injuries
  • Sprains and strains
  • Orthopedic Surgeries: arthroscopy, total joint replacements, spinal fusions
  • Neurological: post strove / CVA, Parkinson’s Disease

Delphine became interested in Physical Therapy growing up alongside her parent’s outpatient clinic in rural France. Delphine has experience working with both adults and pediatric. She is certified in respiratory rehab for premature infants and young children, pelvic floor rehab in post-partum and other bladder incontinence in women (Herman & Wallace) and McKenzie for back injuries. Delphine loves to be challenged by a broad variety of diagnosis and enjoys the opportunity to be creative with her treatments. She considers each patient individually to achieve optimum results and return each individual to their prior level of function.

Delphine’s incorporates the following techniques in her treatment:

  • PNF for strength, flexibility, coordination
    and functional mobility
  • Cranial-sacral therapy to address migraines
    and spine related pain
  • Bobath approach to progress exercises
    through body position
